On Time. Truck got washed. Out in 45 minutes Tyler was helpful. I had questions and he answered most of them. One was directed back to parts. I wanted to ask about a brake controller installation as I will be purchasing a travel trailer. The parts guy was great. Looked it up, printed out the Ford part number, explained the installation. oil change 2011 F150 I had a "free" oil change from a previous visit. I used that "coupon" so should of been free... but I had a dirty air filter , and was recommend to h I had a "free" oil change from a previous visit. I used that "coupon" so should of been free... but I had a dirty air filter , and was recommend to have a tire rotation Ok. No worries the filter price only slightly more than auto zone and $16 for a rotation. It doesn't pay for me to drag out my jack, compressor and impact for $16 DO IT, total cost $44 and change. We'll see how the next visit goes to diagnoses my non-function AGAIN rear defogger. More

The service coordinator met me at the door and immedia This service visit was very friendly and personal from the moment I arrived at the dealership. The service coordinator met me at the door and immediately prepared the car for work and began the necessary paperwork. The vehicle was only getting an oil change and tire rotations so I waited for the work to be completed. It took about the amount of time that I was told and I was able to wait in their new, well appointed waiting area. At the completion of the visit, the service coordinator cam to get me in the waiting area and reviewed all of the work that was completed. The vehicle was ready and waiting in the delivery bay fresh with a new car wash. More

Instead it was minor and was done same day despite dropping it off mid day. When we picked it up, we were given a complete explanation in layman terms that was easy to understand.
