I went to the Summit Volvo center because the service is always friendly and informative. While I was there waiting, I decided to see if I could trade in my S80 for an XC70. I used to own an XC70 for 10 always friendly and informative. While I was there waiting, I decided to see if I could trade in my S80 for an XC70. I used to own an XC70 for 10 years prior to the S80. My lifestyle is better suited to the station wagon. It turns out they had one that fit my needs perfectly. We worked out a deal, and I am very happy. Everyone was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. I would recommend this dealership and service center to anyone! More

We love Smythe Volvo. There service department is excellent. Whenever we have a problem, we just call and they fit us in within a day or two. My car required routine service and examination of a piece of trim for damage. Volvo makes a big deal about safety. This is the principle reason I have owned 15 Volvos over the years. I understand why bragging about safety sells cars for Volvo. The issue of our car seat catching on fire was pretty traumatic, however, the service team was willing to take the car in immediately. After ordering the parts it was determined that the replacement cov traumatic, however, the service team was willing to take the car in immediately. After ordering the parts it was determined that the replacement cover for the seat may take weeks to be shipped. I contacted Dave (after service had closed) and he was willing to work with me to secure a loaner. Ryan called very soon afterward...he was still working...and suggested I come in the next day to get the loaner. Apparently, when he got into the office the following day he discussed the situation with his parts team and they were able to get all the necessary parts and fix it that same day. No loaner needed...car was fixed...no charges? Wow. Nice job guys. Tim O'Krongly More
Although this was not a regularly-scheduled service, I brought my 2012 S60 in due to a concern about the front-wheel drive. During one of the many snows, I was stuck in icy slush, and it appeared that bo brought my 2012 S60 in due to a concern about the front-wheel drive. During one of the many snows, I was stuck in icy slush, and it appeared that both front tires were not turning in unison. Nick was patient, courteous, understanding and professional. After the car was checked out, he was prompt in explaining to me that there was nothing amiss -- both tires were working in unison. In addition, he suggested a front-wheel alignment due to the fact that the steering wheel did not align properly. He asked if I had perhaps hit a pothold, which, indeed, I had. This was over and above the reason for the service visit, and I was very appreciative to Nick for the attention to detail. Thank you, again, Smythe Volvo!!! More
