Today I came in to deal with two small but very annoying issues. I didn’t have an appointment but was nearby so figured I’d stop in. It is this level of exceptional customer service that keeps our family loyal to Volvo. I love my XC90 but have had other cars I also love. However, none of them came with the exceptional customer care consistently delivered by Smythe Volvo, and in this case today, Todd.
