Thank you for this feedback. This is not our typical level of service but from time to time we make mistakes and try to learn from them. This is something we need to look into. Please reach out to Regina our service and parts director who will work with Tom to get this resolved in the manner it should be.

Let's be clear - I don't think "mistakes" were made as much as there didn't seem to be a clear explanation of why the components were not operating the way I expected them to. Specifically, Stop/Start I was told by another dealer does not function if the batteries are not operating at full capacity! Given my experience with the vehicle so far when on a trip it operates fine, however, in local driving it is hit or miss because the battery is at approximately 75% and has not had the time to fully charge. Offer to recharge the battery for 4-5 hours or $900. for new batteries - Wow! Secondly, the Park Assist "misses" more than it "hits" - and I re-read the manual and went by the instructions - not good!. Lastly, when using an iPhone it renders the radio volume control useless. I think the Tech report on the service order was plugged into a program and gave a "No-fault" or it's an Ok message when I brought it in... Let's try it again at our next oil change and see how we do. Again, Tom was outstanding and communicative and even offered to have the Tech explain what he found. It wasn't necessary - either it works or doesn't and, well it doesn't and I'm not impressed with Volvo's claims Vs performance on these issues. See ya next time...
