This ended up being a service call with Doug that moved easily into a sales conversation with Kevin and ultimately Steve. I say "easily" because the service that has been performed since 2006 on our XC90, easily into a sales conversation with Kevin and ultimately Steve. Tom did a good job of explaining the work needed and was able to find the parts today vs. having to wait until tomorrow.
