You'd be surprised how many families we have as customers where we first meet them with young children and before you know it we are servicing their children's Volvos. Thank you for your feedback. I am glad that Tony was pleasant and respectful of your time; however, need to anticipate the issues that arise from Volvos back ordered parts in a more professional manner. We should have had better communication with you on this repair. I will be working with the service manager and parts manager to improve our policy for back ordered parts that will establish more frequent and consistent follow up with the customer. The service manager will be contacting you this morning to follow up on this topic.
