Another great experience with the service department at Smythe Volvo. I dropped my car off in the morning for a routine service, caught the train to NYC, and the car was clean and ready when I returned in Smythe Volvo. This was my first visit to Smythe, the experience was great. I got there at 8am, Nick helped me with my registration and walked me out to the loaner at 8:15am. I recently had my XC90 in for regular service and at the same time it needed a few things repaired as I'd been hearing some noises from the front of the car when at speed. Gary was very helpful in getting the appointment set up with a loaner and when I got in, Nick was great to deal with and very informative. I was set up with an S60 as loaner (great car) and when the work was completed the next day, Tony called me and went over everything that was done. The XC drives like new and I'm very pleased. I couldn't imagine anyone having better service than Smythe and I look forward to seeing the new location when the move happens. I'll be back in another 7500 miles. More

Can't wait until you move to your new location and 'spread out' just a bit. I usually a "waiter" for the car as it is serviced and the experience is rather 'intimate' but I know it's the best you can 'spread out' just a bit.
