I was at Smythe in December 2011 to have a loose steering wheel looked at. My wait was short, the service employees friendly and informative and the fix was simple and done at no charge. Traveling through town, my tail gate would not shut. I called Smythe to ask if they could take the car in to fix it. Although they were totally booked, they told me to come down and they would take a loo called Smythe to ask if they could take the car in to fix it.
