I have to say that I truly had a great experience while purchasing this car. Dealing with Brian Gail was excellent. He is relaxed, and not overbearing with the sales pitch. I returned to purchase my car after looking at a few other dealers. Their price was the best, and the atmosphere was stress-free. I would definitely suggest checking with this dealership prior to buying anywhere else. More

Everyone at Smythe Volvo deserves recognition because of their handling of all types of customers. If you have ever question yourself about the repairs and work on your auto actually being done- DON'T- bec their handling of all types of customers. If you have ever question yourself about the repairs and work on your auto actually being done- DON'T- because Sean and his Team (Tony, Tom, Gary, Nick) make sure that it is done. We had a very unfortunate incident with our XC70 and the professionalism of our Salesperson (Craig Melquist) went beyond what I had even imagine would happen in resolving our situation. But that is the way everyone that I have come into contact with at Symthe Volvo has been. We have owned and purchased 6 Volvos 2 of which are still in the family somewhere in Minnesota and Colorado. Smythe Volvo is not a "Typical" dealer but a dealer that genuinely listens, acts and produces. If you want to be treated like someone rather than a number visit this establishment take a test drive and see what I am talking about. More

The only reason that I am giving Smythe Volvo a 5 is because I can't give them a 10! My wife and I purchased a new 2010 XC60 from Smythe and our experience couldn't be better! Our Sales Associate even c because I can't give them a 10! My wife and I purchased a new 2010 XC60 from Smythe and our experience couldn't be better! Our Sales Associate even clued us into a Costco buying prgram going on at the time that saved a boatload of money! I love bringing our car in for regular service there because the car gets done in record time! Hats ofrf to Smythe Volvo! More

My first Volvo and I love it. Brian was my sales person and he was great. Very good to work with and followed up with every question. Spent a great deal of time with me when I picked up the car. AS WE ALL KNOW GOING TO BUY A NEW CAR IN NEW JERSEY IS LIKE HAVING TO GO TO THE DOCTORS TO GET A SERIES OF RABIES SHOTS. WHEN MY WIFE TOLD ME THAT SHE WANTED A NEW CAR BECAUSE THE BABY IS ALMOST HERE, TH LIKE HAVING TO GO TO THE DOCTORS TO GET A SERIES OF RABIES SHOTS. WHEN MY WIFE TOLD ME THAT SHE WANTED A NEW CAR BECAUSE THE BABY IS ALMOST HERE, THE FIRST THING I THOUGHT OF WAS SPENDING AN ENTIRE SATURDAY AT A DEALER "NEGOTIATING A DEAL". MY WIFE WANTED AN SUV W/ ALL WHEEL DRIVE SO I STARTED DOING MY RESEARCH. I WAS PUSHING THE HONDA AND TOYOTA, BUT A FRIEND TOLD ME HOW MUCH THEY LOVED THE VOLVO THEY HAD BOUGHT A YEAR EARLIER AND HOW GREAT THE DEALER WAS. I REACHED OUT TO THE SALESMAN THAT HELPED THEM WHEN THEY BOUGHT THEIR CAR AND I WAS BLOWN AWAY. HIS NAME WAS CHRIS HENRIKSEN AND THE DEALER WAS SMYTHE, IN SUMMIT NJ. CHRIS GAVE ME THE PRICE OVER THE PHONE, AND WHEN WE GOT THERE IT WAS EXACTLY LIKE HE SAID. WE WERE IN AND OUT IN UNDER AN HOUR. SOMETHING WAS WRONG, IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH THEM. IT WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD, RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE VERY END WHEN WE DROVE HER NEW CAR AWAY. WE GOT A GREAT PRICE AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.
