The service was prompt. I brought car in early in the morning and the repair was done in about an hour - as promised. The staff was exceedingly friendly and cooperative in fulfilling my needs. I have been receiving the same excellent service at Smythe since 1977 when I bought my first Volvo.Most impressive has been the accuracy and reliability of their service department. My present Volvo is a 2001 model that is being "kept alive" by Smythe's service team. Now in retirement and on a fixed income a new Volvo is a big consideration for me.
