AAA said my battery was bad & was able to charge it enough so that I could drive my car to Smythe Volvo. I called Volvo & Gary confirmed that it was under warranty. Gary also said that I could go dow enough so that I could drive my car to Smythe Volvo. I called Volvo & Gary confirmed that it was under warranty. Gary also said that I could go down ASAP & wait while it was being replaced. Upon arrival I spoke to Nick who then put everything in motion. I waited about 30 min. & was then relieved to know that my car was ready. Everyone at Volvo has ALWAYS been polite, friendly & helpful. The service department has always been quick to respond to my concerns and requests. Their work has always been done correctly and delivered when promised. I have dealt with all the service advisors at one time or another, their knowledge and friendliness are genuine. I do not mind paying up a little more for the peace of mind I have after work has been done on my cars at Smythe. More

Prior to meeting Tom I was on the fence regarding what type of used car I would be purchasing for my family. I wasn't even set on buying a Volvo until I walked into the Smythe dealership and was introduce type of used car I would be purchasing for my family. I wasn't even set on buying a Volvo until I walked into the Smythe dealership and was introduced to Tom. From the start he listened to all of my questions and concerns and when he didn't know an answer he asked for help instead of giving his best guess. The positive interactions I had during an hour in the Smythe showroom sealed the deal that I would work with Tom until we found the right vehicle for me. Fortunately for me they had the 2010 S80 I was looking for and we closed the deal later that afternoon. More
