We feel like we 'lucked out' when we found Smythe Volvo ! My husband and I were in the market for a new car (our first). He was patient , polite , professional, honest and did not put on the 'hard sell' (which was so refreshing). He helped ease the stress and anxiety involved with purchasing our first new car, which was much appreciated since I am 7 months pregnant. Secondly, the environment of the dealership was very welcoming. The office is spotless, as is the maintainance area. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. One gets the feeling that everyone there takes great pride in what they do. Our first purchase from Smythe will most certainly not be our last.
