This was my first time dealing with Smythe Volvo. I spoke with Gary when making the appointment for the 22,500 mile service for my wifes 2011 S40. He was very helpful. Tom was the gentlemen that assisted me when dropping off the vehicle. Tom was also very helpful and attentive when I was explaining my concerns regarding excessive road noise at low speeds. Drop off process only took about 5 - 10 minutes. Tom also called me later in the day to fully explain the cause of the road noise issue and the recommended solution. I was able to pick up the car by the requested time. The pick up process took no more than 5 minutes. Both Gary and Tom were very professional when handling my service appointment, which quite honestly, is what is expected when you drive a premium brand automobile. Overall experience was very pleasant and I will be returning to Smythe at the 30k service interval. Well done Gary and Tom. More

The assigned ratings were given because Sean, Tom, and Doug took the time to listen to my problem, properly diagnose the problem, and effectively correct the problem in a cost efficient and timely manner. Doug took the time to listen to my problem, properly diagnose the problem, and effectively correct the problem in a cost efficient and timely manner. They also went above and beyond to give me one of their personal vehicles to use for a few days while they worked on my car, which allowed me to attend several business meetings and not disrupt my family or business. This dealership consistently goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are completely satisfied and that all of their issues have been properly addressed. More

My wife and I were shopping for a new XC60 so we contacted Smythe Vovlo for an online quote. After the initial quote came in what was essentially a form letter from Tom Rzasa , I replied back to get contacted Smythe Vovlo for an online quote. After the initial quote came in what was essentially a form letter from Tom Rzasa , I replied back to get more specifics on the vehicle. The reply I received from Tom had no additional specifics but rather was Tom offering me a different deal on a DEMO car. I politely informed Tom that we were not interested in a DEMO car but rather only a new car. Tom replied back 2 days later with another offer on an XC60 and provided a stock # and VIN# and indicated it was for a new car. I checked on the Smythe website and it confirmed the stock and VIN #s were for a new car. My wife and I were excited and made a plan to come in to see the car. However, I started getting cold feet because the quote was the exact same as the original quote we received on the demo. So I emailed Tom again to make sure it wasn't a demo and he informed me that no it was in fact a demo. I tried to get Tom to explain how he could be trying to sell a demo car as a new car and how the Smythe website could list this car as a new car instead of a demo. He never replied. Based on this experience I would not recommend Smythe Volvo to anyone. More
