When we visited Smythe and met Chris Henriksen, we enjoyed a no nonsense and professional approach, and finally committed to order a vehicle from them with the specific accessories we wanted and with competitive pricing based on our research. Craig Melquist, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful leading up to our decision. When the car arrived in about a month, signing all the paperwork (we financed) was transparent and we drove off after a full introduction to the major features as guided by Chris. Our experience at Smythe Volvo was such an easy transaction. We leased a 2008 Volvo XC90 back in June of 2008. We just turned in back in as our lease was up. The original deal was comfortable and smoothe- there was no back and forth with the price and running back to the manager 20 times. All of the salesman have been there for multiple years and after 3.5 years, when I turned it back in at the end of the lease, the same salesman were still there. If the XC90 had been big enough we would have definitely leased a new one but we made the decision to go with a minivan. Volvo is a high quality product and Smythe Volvo is an excellent dealership. Chris Henriksen is a great salesman. Highly recommend. More
