Without too much detail Patrick McLaughlin was one of the best service advisors I've ever worked with. He listened and remedied a situation that would have lost me as a customer. I now feel very confiden the best service advisors I've ever worked with. He listened and remedied a situation that would have lost me as a customer. Bob Cerza was terrific every step of the way, very knowledgeable and comprehensive with working within my budget. He was kind and helpful in all ways. Santiago was excellent reviewing the financial aspects and was friendly and efficient. Allen was helpful with explaining all the accessories with the car. He answered all my questions to help me navigate my new car with all the bells and whistles. I returned to Volvo yesterday with some personal issues that I had with trying to work all the bells and whistles of the car. Jay was amazing. He helped me with uploading my contacts and favorites. I feel very safe with my new car and I couldn’t be happier! Working with everyone who works at this dealership was the icing of the cake. More

From the moment I walked in I felt like I was in good hands. Jesus was very knowledgeable and took time to explain all the features of the vehicle I was interested in and during the test drive pointed ou hands. Following the decision to move forward, Alan took time to walk us through the vehicle again and set us up with how we wanted to setup our phone and preferences. Then Henry was great about walking us through all the financials. It was overall a great experience! More
