Smythe ended my fear of going to a Dealership I haven't gone to a dealership in years because I've been burned in the past. I found the car on their website that I was interested in, so off I went...I was greeted by Bob Cerza, a newer Sales rep at Smythe but who has been in the industry for years. The overall vibe at the dealership felt very family like...I was amazed at how well everyone there worked together and how genuinely pleasant everyone was to my wife and I during the whole process..I ended up buying the car. Ashley made the finance/APR conversation (the part I was fearing most) so smooth. Bob's communication by phone, email, and in person throughout the process were on point and I would definitely deal with him again. Overall awesome experience. More
