Smythe ended my fear of going to a Dealership I haven't gone to a dealership in years because I've been burned in the past. I've since realized that there's a difference between highway dealerships and a dealership like Smythe. I found the car on their website that I was interested in, so off I went...I was greeted by Bob Cerza, a newer Sales rep at Smythe but who has been in the industry for years. The overall vibe at the dealership felt very family like...I was amazed at how well everyone there worked together and how genuinely pleasant everyone was to my wife and I during the whole process..I ended up buying the car. Ashley made the finance/APR conversation (the part I was fearing most) so smooth. Bob's communication by phone, email, and in person throughout the process were on point and I would definitely deal with him again. Overall awesome experience. More

While waiting, Smythe did not pester me with cars outside my specifications. However, when right car came along (Feb 2017), Smythe stepped up to make things happen quickly. Paul was away but Patrick Nash set me up with Bob Cerza, who was great to work with. I looked at a car on a Friday, came in on Saturday to negotiate, and picked up my vehicle on Monday. More
