He's a nice guy that is competent, makes your buying experience pleasurable, and isn't pushy. We test drove the XC90 and XC60. He showed me new cars and used cars. They have a covered facility upstairs, so you can see used cars inside. Very nice when it's cold out. I picked up my car last night. It was waxed & looked beautiful. They were booked yesterday and "fit us in". Both Bob and Kevin (Finance Mgr) stayed an hour past closing so I could get my car. Pretty great customer service. Thank you both. More

The serice advisort that I deal with is Tom Coward. He provides text book Excellent Customer service.
