Dreaming of a Smythe Volvo I have always wanted a Volvo from Smythe. My family has had 6 Volvos among us. Not until 2014 was I able to purchase my 1st Smythe Volvo from Chris He I have always wanted a Volvo from Smythe. My family has had 6 Volvos among us. Not until 2014 was I able to purchase my 1st Smythe Volvo from Chris Henricksen. I was sold by Chris's low-key demeanor. along with a wealth of knowledge. This led to my sister purchasing from Chris., not caring for the sales staff at her previous dealer. Chris knows how to manage the fine line between attentiveness and letting us decide on our own. It's a pleasant experience that one doesn't usually associate with purchasing a car. AND, we received the same courteous attention buying our two, used Volvos as I did buying a new Volvo the other day. Thank you, Chris! Already looking forward to the next purchase! More

Smythe Volvo -Well done! So, a little about me- I have never owned a Volvo, mostly BMW's. I have never even seriously considered a Volvo- until I saw the XC90 on the road and So, a little about me- I have never owned a Volvo, mostly BMW's. I have never even seriously considered a Volvo- until I saw the XC90 on the road and stopped at Smythe during a snow storm to look at XC90. Chris Henriksen-Sales, was working so I asked him to walk me through the car. It was quickly very obvious that Chris was deeply knowledgeable and willing to spend some time to get me up to speed on the Volvo XC90 options, packages, safety, and technology. Impressed by both Chris and the car, I wanted to take it out- in the snow storm- Chris didn't flinch, he got some keys and off we went again explaining the car as we drove. I was impressed by the car, Chris , the dealership and I needed to give it some thought. I walked back into Smythe a few months later and Chris was there, so we just picked up where we left off. After some discussion about car and some changes I wanted, Chris was easily able to give me the exact car that I wanted- nothing was a problem. I traded in my BMW and we settled on a price. Chris communicated with me in the days leading up to me picking up the car to be certain I had everything I needed to make it as easy a process as possible. A few days later when I picked up the car, it was exactly as I asked- spotless and ready to go. Chris spent another hour going over all features, finished out some paperwork and I was off. The entire process was managed so well- it was the first time in a long time that I actually felt like a customer and Smythe was very interested in making my customer experience a really positive one. It was really a pleasure buying a car from Chris and Smythe. Thank you. More

Fantastic Experience, willing to help! For the past month I have been looking at buying a car. My taste, being what it was, this was a long process.
