This time I found the salesman to be courteous and helpful. I just bought my car into Smythe for its first maintenance check-up and found the same level of professionalism and courteous from the service department as the sales staff. Had I been put-off last year by the salesman I dealt with I would never driven an hour in rush hour traffic to get the car serviced this year. I feel I could trust the service people now from this first experience and bring the car in the future for its scheduled maintenance with confidence. More
