No p Had a good experience buying a new Volvo XC90 at Smythe. Senior management at this place is top notch. Easy to work with, accountable and honest. No pressure, fair and knowledgeable. Most of the sales reps are very good. I would have given an Excellenet rating but for one bad egg who started our process and was just not customer centric. Luckily Kyle and Kim stepped in and did a great job along with Tom in management. This team addressed my issue and made it a pleasurable experience. I would feel comfortable sending a friend or family member to buy a new Volvo. Car was delivered timely without any hiccups. Any issues were immediately addressed. Even the warranty discussion process was good - no major pressure from the dealership and had open discussions. They even waited the hour or so for me to read all the paperwork - front and back. Very very patient people for sure. We have been to all the local (and not so local) Volvo dealers and we bought from Smythe. That should say enough. They earned our business. More
