BEFORE going to Smythe Volvo I wasted 2 hours at a baIt and switch dealership who coincidentally just sold the car I drove down for. While stuck in traffic a quick search led me to Smythe Volvo and Kristian. They just received the car I was looking for and didn't even have pictures posted yet. Kristian seemed trustworthy on the phone in describing the vehicle's condition so I promptly headed down to meet with him. After a quick test drive, I told Kristian my budget, he told me his and we quickly came to an agreement. 30'minutes in and out. The whole dealership was great in helping me understand the process to get the car back to Boston as this was a gift my mother's 70th. We spoke daily the week leading up to delivery of the vehicle and I don't think I've ever trusted a car dealership more than I have Smythe Volvo. Real class act here, thanks to the whole team! More

Bob was very helpful throughout the process and was able to assist in making my final vehicle option decision. He was very knowledgeable and was truly helpful throughout the entire process. Hats off to Kim who was very helpful and followed up on an earlier visit which enabled me to kick-start the process. Kevin the Finance Manager was also a pleasure to work with as I had first spoken to him on my first visit and on subsequent visits. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase/lease a Volvo to go to this dealership as the family atmosphere is genuine and the service is excellent. Honest with High Integrity I had a great experience in service and this team solved a long-standing issue with my 2004 S40 not being able to pass emissions. Tom C was great but I had a great experience in service and this team solved a long-standing issue with my 2004 S40 not being able to pass emissions. Tom C was great but special thanks and callout to James for identifying the front and rear oxygen sensors were installed in the opposite positions (from a different service center before I went to Smythe.) I had been prepared to purchase a new rear sensor and due to James discovery I did not need that installed and my car finally passed emissions. I can't thank James enough for demonstrating such honestly and high integrity. More
