I was so pleased to find the best car in the category for me, and have it be sold by a completely honest, straightforward and friendly sales person. At Smythe, there are no hidden costs, as in other dealerships that were much, much closer to where I live. In fact I was so pleased that the car they showed me turned out to be the best one for me. I drove more than 90 minutes both times that I was there and all I can say is that it was worth it. The place is really pleasant to be in and they also have the most intuitive website. I dealt with Dennis Jeffers this time (actually last time as well when I had an emergency trip for a flat caused by a pothole!) and he's fabulous. He provided a thorough explanation re: work that was done and also detail on future maintenance. I appreciate his clear communication and pleasant demeanor. And- when I picked up my car it had been washed and vacuumed!!! What a nice treat and surprise! I was thrilled! One less thing for me to do before I head out on my summer road trip.
