Friendly, flexible and professional service! I needed to buy a car as I was moving from Manhattan to Atlanta. I had a couple of basic questions that I needed answers to first....after getting a lot of run-around when attempting to contact another Volvo dealer, I called Smythe and was connected with Kristian. He answered my questions directly, with no pressure whatsoever. Two days later, I called and had him put a CPO on hold. That evening he picked me up from the train station himself, and personally did all of the paperwork to complete my transaction on a very rapid timetable to help me out. It was the most comfortable, no pressure buying experience I have ever had. On top of it all, I'm INCREDIBLY happy with the car. It's just what I wanted and it was flawless. Kristian took the time at the end of the night to personally demonstrate how to operate the key functions and get my phones all connected. Truly an exceptional car buying experience.
