My battery was replaced in less than 60 minutes. I no longer live in Summit, but continue to go back to Smythe Volvo because of their excellent customer service. More

His knowledge of the specific car and matching it to my needs really helped sell me on the idea that this was the car for me. After that he and his team did a great job of walking me through the purchase process which was a bit more complicated than normal as I am buying it as part of a corporate team. The arrival of the car and the transfer to me were handled in an a great manner. Again Kevin was there to make me feel comfortable. just as importantly one of his team, Ashley Butfiloski did a fantastic job of walking me through all the details about how the car and its systems work.
