She was so kind and efficient, knew exactly what we wanted, answered all our questions quickly, and most importantly wasn't high-pressured. Debbie delivered the car to our front door. Paperwork was seamless, no price changes, just straight-forward and quick. Even weeks after we leased a car Debbie was so helpful, she is always just a call or text away to answer all our questions. Volvo XC40 I went with my mom to buy my first car and our salesperson in the past has since retired. Steve found us in the showroom and walked us through multipl I went with my mom to buy my first car and our salesperson in the past has since retired. Steve found us in the showroom and walked us through multiple models with through explanations to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Emilia showed me how the car works and took the time to explain every detail. Both have reached out after purchase just to make sure my experience has been going well. My husband and I traveled all the from the Poconos to see a car we saw online. We arrived around 4 pm, it was late but we wanted the car! Fantastic dealership experience; great team @Smythe! Eric was extremely nice and patient with me as I struggled with Geico due to their system issues. He actively tried to help me with them, and even tho Eric was extremely nice and patient with me as I struggled with Geico due to their system issues. He actively tried to help me with them, and even though we were way past our time slot by the time we found an alternative, he ensured the paperwork was done the same day with little wait post our slot, and we get the car. He was very friendly, cracked a few jokes and told personal stories to keep the good energy as we dealt with insurance provider issues. The entire team was very courteous, provided us all the necessary details and took care of even the very minor glue marks on the car right on the spot to ensure I get a stunning new Volvo S60, and the plush experience of personal touch and care. Emilia was very polite, helpful and provided an amazing walk-through of technology & features in the car, and ensured it was set to our preferences before driving it out of the dealership. The delivery experience was fantastic. The flexibility that was demonstrated to ensure things went smoothly for me was phenomenal. The dealership was very clean and peaceful, and waiting inside was surprisingly easy on the mind. I definitely found my overall experience to be fantastic here and am very glad to have established a relationship with Smythe Volvo. More

From my initial phone call to inquire about a listing all the way through striking the deal, going through the finances, and doing all the paper work, my time at Smythe Volvo was very pleasant. No pressure, no hassle, just friendly faces trying to help you leave a satisfied customer. My Sales Consultant Tyler Van Riper was super helpful, easy to talk to, and very considerate and was more than willing to take the time to help ease me into my decision. Even at the end of one of their busiest days, everyone was more than happy to stick it out and help me with my purchase, and I couldn't be more appreciative. When the car was ready to go, Emilia Paladino the Delivery Specialist gave me a comprehensive overview of all of its features and was very enthusiastic and informative. Usually, when making big life decisions like purchasing a car, it weighs on me for a while after if I made a good choice or not, but when I drove off the lot in my new Volvo S60, I was more than satisfied with my decision.
