Dealership is clean and inviting. Jose Baptista is a straight shooter. Would have given both 5 stars but felt the jokes about paying for the bathroom and the jokes about us not being Jose Baptista is a straight shooter. Everyone at Smythe is focused on the customer. All departments work together to make the customer experience smooth and consistent. From Cat at reception, to Alon in sales, then moving on to Alan All departments work together to make the customer experience smooth and consistent. From Cat at reception, to Alon in sales, then moving on to Alan my delivery specialist- all were professional, courteous, and efficient. Lastly, I met Abood in finance and Mark in service who were both very thorough and knowledgeable. Overall, about as good an experience as buying a car can be. More
