I had a very good experience buing a used car at Smythe Volvo. Bob Cerza led me through the whole process, explained everything, and answered all of my questions, When I changed my mind over the weekend, a Volvo. He showed me what was available and I took a test drive. Then we went through the whole process again. Paul Leary and Howie Wu were also polite and helpful. An altogether good experience and I'm happy with my car. More

Sam Shehata was wonderful. He was knowledgeable,friendly, answered all of my questions and made feel like I was a member of the Smythe Volvo family. He even walked with me through the snow to show me a car answered all of my questions and made feel like I was a member of the Smythe Volvo family. He even walked with me through the snow to show me a car which he had to clean off the snow. He would have brought the car to the the dealership but I wanted to go with him. If I was designing a salesperson, Sam would be my model. Further every person I spoke to was friendly . My V60 Cross Country is my first Volvo in the 58 years I have been driving. I love the car and cannot wait to take car trips. It will not be my last Volvo I acquire from Smythe.I will recommend Sam and Smythe to my friends and family. More
