Jesus Garcia made the difference for us. I've had mostly average experiences with dealership sales until we've met him. He did all we expected from a good sales person, helped me negotiate conditions that s average experiences with dealership sales until we've met him. He did all we expected from a good sales person, helped me negotiate conditions that suited my needs and that were best than competitors, was not pushy, this on its own would already have been a top experience. But then I decided to lease the car on Saturday afternoon and wanted to drive the car out on the same day due to personal needs, he did not give up until he found a solution with the dealership team and Management. The dealership closes at 4pm, he stayed with us until the car was ready and explained everything we needed to know about our new XC60, we left the dealership at 7:20pm.
