Had a great experience with Jesus Garcia today at Smythe Volvo in Summit, NJ when I picked up my new 2021 Volvo XC60. Jesus gave me a sharp price and everything went as planned when I picked up the vehicle today. I have had some horrible experiences over my 30-years of leasing cars, but today was definitely one of the best. Everyone was very friendly, there were no surprises in the numbers, everything was as represented. Jesus did a great job, and a shout-out to the auto specialist Derrick for teaching my wife and I how to use the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining how everything worked. Ernest Gomez also great in walking me through all the docs to be signed. Overall a great experience, my only complaint is that the dealership is an hour away from my house! More

The dealership is top shelf. Most recently, I had my Volvo in for a tire rotation. They also washed the car and vacuumed out the interior. Tires were bagged and placed into the trunk. 5 stars!
