I visited Smythe Volvo today to look at a possible new lease for my next car. I do not drive a Volvo today but like the look of the small SUV. He introduced me to Tom, the Sales Manager, as I was leaving and again, Tom made me feel welcome and valued. To contrast, I visited another dealer that same day (not Volvo) and the experience was horrendous. When I compare the 2 experiences today, it was like day and night and Smythe Volvo was the winner!
