smythe has always provided excellent service snd a pleasant ambiance. However, in our recent experience the priority seems to be amongst all the personnel we dealt with assurance that we would review pleasant ambiance. This puts undue and uncomfortable pressure on the client. it is, in my opinion, unprofessional. Asking to be reviewed as a courtesy is different from implying that their financial lives depends upon it. More
