Thanks to the work of the service department two are still on the road (a tree crushed the third one during Hurricane Sandy). This week I ran into an emergency which left my car not drivable. I spoke to Tom who was able to squeeze me in despite the tight schedule. Within two days I was picking up my fully repaired car. I also had a special need when picking up my car and Tom personally parked my car in a space close to the entrance. Tom has once again made me feel my vehicle is safe to drive.
