I felt very welcomed the moment I walked into Smythe Volvo. Henry did an awesome job of showing me the ins and outs of my new car..... which I absolutely love. The Service Department is unorganzied and unable to deliver luxury level service experience. Compared to other Luxury dealerships in the area, they are very far behind. I would absolutely consider se deliver luxury level service experience. Compared to other Luxury dealerships in the area, they are very far behind. I would absolutely consider service when purchasing a new car and would go to a comparable luxury brand instead of Smythe. A dealer that delivers on the post-purchase experience. More
