This was a very pleasant experience shopping at Smythe Volvo even though I purchased a pre-owned Subaru. Bob was very helpful in explaining how my trade-in value was determined. He also helped set up certain things, such as: connecting my phone, putting the Volvo app on my phone and how to use it. Then Santiago Piriz, finance manager, was the next person who explained all the paperwork, the added options and the cost. David then showed me back to my car.
