We have bought all our Volvos at Smythe because of their exceptional service. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. During this service appointment, Emilio was in constant communication wit exceptional service. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. During this service appointment, Emilio was in constant communication with me (via email, text and phone), and kept me informed of what was being done to service our car. I especially appreciated all his efforts in returning the car to me after servicing as I didn't have a loaner and was not able to get to the dealership in time to pick up the car.
