I wanted to make sure everything still looked good after some time with the vehicle before sharing my thoughts. ## Sales Process The sales team at Smythe was refreshingly professional and knowledgeable about the Volvo lineup. My sales consultant, Jose Del Valle, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a family SUV and guided me toward the XC90 without any of the typical high-pressure tactics. What really impressed me was how Jose handled it when they didn't have exactly what I wanted - he found an alternative with a different interior color but matching all my other requirements. To be honest, I actually ended up enjoying this interior color more than my original choice! Jose's ability to listen to my needs and find the right solution showed his expertise and genuine interest in customer satisfaction. They were transparent about pricing and available options, which made the decision-making process much easier. ## Finance Department The financing process was quick and straightforward. No unnecessary upselling of add-ons, just clear explanations and signing what we agreed on. ## Vehicle Delivery When I picked up my XC90, there was actually a minor issue that was discovered. What impressed me most was how the team handled it - they immediately brought in the service department to address the problem. When they realized it would take some time to resolve, Jose arranged for someone to drop me off at my house since I needed to get back to work. This level of customer service really stood out to me and showed their commitment to making things right. I was able to pickup the car a couple of hours later and everything has been working fine since then. ## Conclusion If you're in the market for a Volvo, I highly recommend Smythe. From the initial test drive to how they handled the minor issue during delivery, their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident at every step.
