We’ve been coming to Smythe to service our older Volvo for several years since we moved to the area and have always had a great experience. Recently we stopped in to learn all about the XC90. Steven was incredibly helpful over the course of 2 days making sure we understood the various options, including how to make 2 car seats fit. This was a very pleasant experience shopping at Smythe Volvo even though I purchased a pre-owned Subaru. Bob was very helpful in explaining how my trade-in value was determined. He honored the Costco dis Volvo even though I purchased a pre-owned Subaru. Bob was very helpful in explaining how my trade-in value was determined. Then David Mensah, delivery specialist, explained everything about the car with such care and made sure I felt comfortable knowing things. He also helped set up certain things, such as: connecting my phone, putting the Volvo app on my phone and how to use it. Then Santiago Piriz, finance manager, was the next person who explained all the paperwork, the added options and the cost. David then showed me back to my car.
