Unscheduled service I stopped by Smythe with a small issue. Our 2014 XC90 had a driver-side window that decided it wanted to stay down. I was so pleased to find the best car in the category for me, and have it be sold by a completely honest, straightforward and friendly sales person. At Smythe, there are no hidden costs, as in other dealerships that were much, much closer to where I live. In fact I was so pleased that the car they showed me turned out to be the best one for me. I drove more than 90 minutes both times that I was there and all I can say is that it was worth it. The place is really pleasant to be in and they also have the most intuitive website.
