Smithville Ford - Service Center

Very poor communication about the work needed to be done on my car. The recall wasn’t done because they wanted me to pay an additional $800 to fix something else. The prices have spiked outrageously since I was there last and the customer service hasn’t improved. This place is a rip off. More

Service department beware! Took my truck in to replace shackle bushings. They said they could not repair but found other bushings bad and charged $89 diagnostic fee. I was going to have them repair for a shackle bushings. They said they could not repair but found other bushings bad and charged $89 diagnostic fee.
