I don’t know about this dealership sales, but the service department is terrible. I scheduled a motor vehicle inspection on Monday to drop off on Wednesday for inspection on Thursday. Great with oil change, not so good with electrical problems. Both times that I brought in the 2018 Escape in with electronic issues, the technician was unable to address the issue. Luke and Dylan were great went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with my purchase but had to go back to have a tire checked the tech took the tire off and scanned the tire pressure sensor and that sure i was happy with my purchase but had to go back to have a tire checked the tech took the tire off and scanned the tire pressure sensor and that was it didn't dip it for a leak just put some air in the tire and said it was good nope didn't even make it back to Kansas before i had to stop and get it patched. Wouldn't recommend the service department but the sales people are the best. More
I've not yet visited service dept, only 1200 miles on 24 maverick xl hybrid. I did receive refund of $100 deposit I paid to LIttleton when ordered in sept 22.
