Emergency service visit when I discovered the key for my wheel locks went missing. Team stepped in a had tech remove the locks on all four tires and reinstall new lug nuts. In and out in less the 45 minu wheel locks went missing. Team stepped in a had tech remove the locks on all four tires and reinstall new lug nuts. In and out in less the 45 minutes. Very pleased with Smithtown Saab and Volkswagen. I had a headlight out on my Tiguan and they replaced it 1, 2,3. The Xenon bulbs are expensive when they burn out, so don’t be shocked if you get a bill of ov headlight out on my Tiguan and they replaced it 1, 2,3. The Xenon bulbs are expensive when they burn out, so don’t be shocked if you get a bill of over $200 - it’s just an expensive bulb. Now both headlights shine nice and white the way they should and hopefully I’ll get a decent life out of them. Thank you Tom for accommodating me! More

Smithtown Volkswagen is an A+ Dealership and Service Center I leased my Jetta GLI from Smithtown Volkswagen in September 2019. Sal was my salesman. Tom was the sales manager. Both are topnotch sales professionals and very knowledgeable. Sal made it comfortable and easy. They both worked together and gave me a great deal. Kudos to both guys.. Today, I brought my car in for service. I wanted the first oil change and a front end assembly inspection. The oil was changed in a timely manner and everthing else checked out OK.. My first time at this service department and had an all around awesome experience. Danielle was my service advisor. She was very helpful and friendly. She also sent me an email with information for a coutesy car wash. Kudos to her too. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you. More
