Had a very poor experience with Atlantic Volkswagen, they apparently never documented the complimentary oil change I was promised when I purchased the car. Management from Atlantic told me directly to go to apparently never documented the complimentary oil change I was promised when I purchased the car. The service department at Smithtown on the other hand was great, Danielle got everything sorted out for me, even fit in the recall at the same time I wasn't even aware was due for the vehicle. They were very professional, car was returned CLEAN with no grease marks or smudges which I've experienced a few times with less professional service places. I will be using Smithtown in the future hands down. More
