Went in for an oil change, and was told that my transmission oil seals were leaking - something that should have been fixed correctly as part of a vehicle recall campaign a few years ago. Disturbingly, the paperwork was written up as if I as the vehicle owner had reported seeing oil - this is an outright fabrication. Thus Smithtown VW service either didn't do the repair correctly the first time, or they've made up a problem that does exist so they can bill repair hours. Either way, they made up something I said. Serve people couldn't explain when I called them on the fabrication. More

I have a tire protection package on my Jetta. Needed some tires replaced and asked them to please rotate the tires at the same time. They replaced my tires but forgot to do the rotation. Had to take 2021 atlas to service 3 times.
