The vehicle was returned dirty with fingerprints on the hood, door, dash, and center console. When I first purchased the vehicle it was delivered without a tow hitch which I paid for and was told it was on hood, door, dash, and center console. When the work was completed the car was delivered to me but there was a problem. When I drove the vehicle in reverse it jerked to a violent stop. I thought this was part of the safety mechanism until I realized there was nothing behind me. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership and advised of the problem and that I thought it was caused by the installation of the tow hitch which required the rear bumper removal/adjustment and in doing so the senor was not aligned properly which caused the sensor to detect an object that was not there resulting in violent stops when I drove the car in reverse. The service manager brushed off my concerns and said that was not the problem. Since then the brakes have never operated smoothly as when I first purchased my car. More
