I made an appointment on April 1st for full tire replacement on Thursday April 6th. I dropped off the car the evening before with assumption car would be ready first thing the following morning. The job took all day (got car aback at 4:30pm) as apparently my service appointment was not in their system, The rep (Nick Weiner) was very professional and did the best he could to meet my expectations.
