Volkswagen accommodated me with a last minute appointment because my rear left tire had a bulge and I needed it replaced so I could drive long distance. Danielle Dipietro and James Coughlin are both useless. Oct. 2022. They need to replace the engine, but now they claim that it won't pass inspection and want me to pay them $2500 More

Got a warning light on my EOS (which they took a look at previously but it popped up again). They explained it could be an entirely different prolem. I understood but asked the manager Peter to please pay special attention to my repair as the last time I brought it in for service they left oil on my motor which left the car smoking in the garage from burning oil. He assured me he would. That was a Saturday. He said they would look at it on Monday since it was late Saturday (closed Sunday). No problem. They called me on Monday to say they would need the car for a day or two for an expensive transmission repair and that they needed a part. I told them to keep me posted when they got the part and when the car was ready. They never called me to give me any info. I had to call them on Wednesday to find out the part wasn't there and I would not get the car back until Friday or Saturday. They admitted to making a mistake on timing. I had to call Friday and my contact nor the manager were available. I asked if Peter could call me back the next day. No call. I called back on Saturday and was told the mechanic had an emergency and nobody else was available so it would not be ready until Monday or Tuesday! I asked if they could provide a loaner but they said they would not know until Monday. I asked that the manager call me on Monday with info on getting a loaner, no call. I picked up the car on Wdnesday and received a text letting me know I would be getting an email to provide feedback. Never got the email. I replied to the text asking them to send the email, Peter said he would look into it. Had to text back to inquire and he replied he could not control it because it was sent directly from VW (?). I got a call a week later from VW randomly asking to update my info. I gave them my email address and asked them to send the feedback request. They said, no problem now that they had my email address. Never got it. So they were totally wrong about timing, have done sloppy work in the past and are not concerned about a customer who had a bad experience. Additionally, they don't want to hear about it even after the fact. I ALWAYS took to this dealership because I expected good and knowledgable service and was willing to pay extra. If you are getting questionable service no need to go to the dealership. Everyone was professional so I give 2 stars but will never go back to this place. More

I had an 11am appt to check why my tire pressure light kept coming on and why the tire wasn’t holding air. Was told that I would be done by 12-12:15pm by the man who helped me check in at the desk. Went upstairs to the waiting area and at 1pm when I still had not heard anything I went downstairs and asked for an update. A very rude woman at the desk said “it’s not done and I don’t have any more information. You’ll get a text when it’s done”. Went back upstairs to sit in the very uncomfortable chairs that had rips all over them. Not to mention no vending machine in the waiting area for any snacks (just coffee and cold water). Finally after 2pm was told my car was finished and they found a very tiny hole which they repaired and I wouldnt be charged because of the wait. While I appreciated not being charged I said that it would have been nice if I was provided with an update. Tori told me “well that’s why we’re not charging you” and told me my car was outside and “the a/c is blasting for you”. A/C when the temperature outside was in the high 50’s low 60’s???? I’ve had poor customer service in the past G this dealership but I thought with new ownership it would have improved and gave it another chance. This was 100x worse than my previous experiences. Horrible customer service- they need to learn how to communicate better. More
I took my car in to repair/replace the passengers side mirror. The service department was so kind and helpful they took a look and asked me to go over to the parts department and have someone from parts t mirror. I walked into the service department and Daniel was at the desk. He was extremely rude, dismissive and condescending. I told him that the service department had asked me to check with the parts department to have someone check out my mirror and see which parts I would need to order. The only words that this man would say was "I'm not a service technician". I told him I was aware that he was not a service technician and i wasn't asking him to do any work on the car just to look at which parts needed to be ordered per the service departments request. Again."I'm not a service technician". Then Terry a very nice man said, I will help you, please take me to your car and I will take a look. Terry did just that, found the parts that needed to be ordered, kindly told me the price and that it would be ready the next day and he'd give me a call. I thanked him kindly. I then proceeded to say. Thank you, without your help I would have had no resolution because this man (Daniel) refused to help me, dismissed me and wouldn't even look at me. Daniel then said his favorite words "I'm not a service technician" to which at this point started to enrage me. I again said all I asked for was some help, and you couldn't do ANYTHING except say those words to me. and he said them again. Finally at this point I just walked out. Dawn, in service, and Terry in parts were amazing, fast and kind. Daniel, should NOT be placed in a customer service position if he hates his job that much. If it wasn't for Terry. My car would not have been fixed in under 24 hours. Thank you Terry. Daniel deserves to be fired. I will never come back to this location because of the rude, disrespectful, condescending treatment in spite of the other wonderful service. More
