I dropped off my car for an inspection and while I was there, they asked me if I wanted my first year complimentary oil change. I asked how much longer it would take and true to their word, I was out of t there, they asked me if I wanted my first year complimentary oil change. Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. Was upcharged for a tire rotation without being told it was an upcharge. Was given a price on tires when I should have been told I didn't need them. Was upcharged for a tire rotation without being told it was an upcharge. Was given a price on tires when I should have been told I didn't need them. Then they tried to sell me one tire when a nail was discovered in my tire. (You always need to replace tires in pairs) my car wasn't ready until the end of the day. Gone are all of the niceties I've come to expect. Such as a free carwash with service. I was very disappointed in the service I received and will go to a regular mechanic next time. Too bad. I used to look forward to going to the vw dealer for service. I was unsold for spark plugs and then told I had a small oil leak ( $700+ job) I wasn't at all happy More

I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled as no they informed me that my car had a computer system recall that they would fix. Only took 90 minutes!!
