I've been here a few times and this by far was the worst experience we've had with Smithtown Volkswagen. Service rep., Noah, we kinda rude, when pressed for an explanation on why a battery they installed wo experience we've had with Smithtown Volkswagen. Service rep., Noah, we kinda rude, when pressed for an explanation on why a battery they installed would not have its own warranty, even though it was replaced under the vehicle warranty. Then just walked away from me like I was bothering him. They did not reset the oil change indicator, or low tire pressure light. They did not replace the windshield wipers that was part of the service package we paid for, nor did they rotate the tires. One tire had a screw in the middle of the tire, they refused to plug/patch, only option they offered was to, replace a 6-month-old tire for $280.00. He also offered to replace the 30-month-old failing battery for $367.00. More
