Great Customer Service. We were not informed that the day running lights were turned off, so as we traveled to NC in the rain storm all of a sudden we did not have any dash We were not informed that the day running lights were turned off, so as we traveled to NC in the rain storm all of a sudden we did not have any dash lights once it was dark. We finally figured it out once we stopped. But with traffic we had to drive about an hour on the 95 until we could get off. Also our navigation system was reset back to the previous owners list including his home address. More

I am really not happy with the VW services because they those people are rip off the teeth for turkeys. The charge me almost $2000. There’s no way they make me wait for three weeks to fix the car and he wa those people are rip off the teeth for turkeys. The charge me almost $2000.
