Excellent and very helpful I needed a few things checked out on my vehicle and they took my vehicle in right away. Only 2 things could be done that day, so the car had to stay I needed a few things checked out on my vehicle and they took my vehicle in right away. Tom, danielle and the mechanics that worked on my 2018 Tiguan provided excellent Once again, smithtown VW service department did an outstanding job. Tom, danielle and the mechanics that worked on my 2018 Tiguan provided excellent customer service, and went above and beyond. For example: I went in for an oil change, Tom informed me that the part for the sunroof recall was in. I was excited!unfortunately, I have limited availability due to the fact that I'm a medical professional and a majority of my time is dedicated to the hospital that I work for. So scheduling an additional service appointment would've been difficult, but Tom and Danielle knew that and asked the two mechanics to work on my car together at the same time. I left that day with more than an oil change and I sincerely appreciate the hard work. Thank you guys!! Alaina S. More
