Service I bought my Acura from another Acura dealer and recently moved into the area so I have my car serviced there. Brian, Luanne and all the service staff are efficient and very professional. The work was done in a timely manner, which is important because I wait for my car. The only issue is the Air conditioning. There was none. In the showroom it is very cool. What is it? The important customers are the ones buying a car, not the ones that have already purchased one? I did inquire to see if it was not working and I can tell by the way my question was answered that it was not broken but simply not on, you could tell the person answering my question was not comfortable lying but did not want to discredit her employer. That is a shame. I will not be returning due to this fact only. I have left several messages for Allison the General Manager with no return phone call. How could a company as highly regarded as Acura treat their customers like this not to mention their employees?? More

New car sales experience 10 days ago I picked up my new car from Smithtown Acura, this is my third new car purchased from this dealership over the years. The time and attention to make sure all was perfect upon delivery was obvious. The service Manager Brian was extremely conscientious on the condition the car was delivered in, he went over and above to ensure my satisfaction. My salesman Anthony has helped me with the purchase of now my third Acura, I am sure that I am not the easiest customer to deal with so I must thank him for his patience with me. Overall, my new car purchase experience was extremely positive, I have also used this dealership over the years for all my service needs and a big thank you to Matt, Bryan and Luanne for always addressing my needs quickly and attentively. Tricky Salesman Smithtown Acura salesman was not upfront and honest with his dealing with us (new customers). When my wife and I picked up the 2014 Acura MDX, there Smithtown Acura salesman was not upfront and honest with his dealing with us (new customers). When my wife and I picked up the 2014 Acura MDX, there were 58 miles logged in the car and the salesman concealed this by setting the odometer to Trip A. Also, when signing the mileage form, he covered the mileage on the form by pointing at the bottom of the form for us to sign covering the "58" miles. One last thing, he did not notify me that the car that I was picking up has changed. Good thing I compared and verified the Vin # and it did not match the first car that I put a deposit on. I was told by this salesman that he forgot to call me because he was too busy. I should not have bought from this dealer, my only reason why I did was because I live in Smithtown. More

Acura 2014 RDX I brought My vehicle in for the extra items that needed to be installed at the time of purchase and a scratch that needed to be fixed. My experience I brought My vehicle in for the extra items that needed to be installed at the time of purchase and a scratch that needed to be fixed. My experience with this service center was excellent. The only reason I have not given a 5 in quality of work was the original scratch was not fixed but I spoke with Luanne and she was very apologetic and they want to make sure everything is taken care of to my satisfaction. "Please bring the vehicle in again and lets go over it" I have every confidence that it will be taken care of when a bring it back in. All I can say right now is everyone at this dealership is about the customer satisfaction. Salesmen and service men immediately great you with a smile and can I help you attitude. Highly recommend this dealership. More
