This past september we bought our TL shawd tech from Greg at Smithtown Acura and the experience was just as easy as my other acura purchases from this dealer. We were able to work out a terrific deal on the at Smithtown Acura and the experience was just as easy as my other acura purchases from this dealer. We were able to work out a terrific deal on the car while getting the extended warranty and accessories that we wanted. I would not recommend this dealer at all. Rude, mean and sales and financial people (except the general manager and George, I believe he is new car manager and he is a nice guy to work with) with an attitud sales and financial people (except the general manager and George, I believe he is new car manager and he is a nice guy to work with) with an attitude and really they don't care. I had a very bad experience with them for my purchase couple of weeks ago and never ever would deal with them again. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR THEIR SATISFACTION FOR THAT MATTER. More

I put her right in her place. She is rude and obnoxious a total loser. She basically sabotaged my salesman's sale (Rich great guy). I would totally avoid them until they fire that loser. She wanted to force us into financing with them which I refused. I already had a great rate with Capital one. She made up a bunch of lies regarding the process which was total bull. I took my check and my business elsewhere (Acura of Ramsey: Brandon is awesome) and purchased my vehicle yesterday. The salespeople are nice as well as the general manager but that Karen chick is a total B! I just don't get how a "luxury" vehicle dealer has such garbage working for them More
second acura leased from smithtown.worked with greg each time.i set up an appt for a test drive of a new tsx.we were offered to drive both 4 and 6 cyl models without any sales pressure.they were able to mat time.i set up an appt for a test drive of a new tsx.we were offered to drive both 4 and 6 cyl models without any sales pressure.they were able to match the special lease deal of another local dealer since they want to keep us as customers.we have been treated fairly and with honesty both times and will continue to be customers. Smithtown Acura is by far my most pleasant dealership experience. I bought two acuras from them and both transactions were enjoyable. I currently still have both of them and I always take them into the experience. I bought two acuras from them and both transactions were enjoyable. I currently still have both of them and I always take them into the service department. They treat me well and always offer me an acura loaner vehicle if i would like. They always call and keep me updated on the status of my car and ask if i would like it washed (even if its just getting its oil changed). Any problems are always resolved within a timely matter and i never have to worry about paying for it even if it is a rattle (great warranty). I have dealt with other luxury and american car dealers and this by far blows them out of the water. The welcoming environment of both the sales and service department is a main reason why I choose to buy acuras. More
Had just walked away from a terrible experience at Paragon Acura. Called around to get the best price and met w/ Mitch. Likewise, this dealership seems to be aware that it is important to keep customers, rather than just make the deal.<br><br> My car had some small detail problems upon pick up which he immediately provided me with a credit slip for repair with a promise for a loaner.<br><br> No heavy handled sales tactics, and very little haggling. Would have liked more for my trade-in (to match the Kelly or even the Galves) but they came relatively close. Car was available within days as promised.<br><br>Overall a very smooth transaction and nice attention to details. Highly recommend this dealership! More
