I purchased a used MDX privately and have had it serviced exclusively at Smithtown Acura. They have brought the car up to the current recommended service level. This is my fifth visit to Smithtown Acura, and I have been extremely satisfied each time. I have had other dealers overfill the crankcase when changing the oil and filter. My understanding is that when the engine is overfilled with oil; it causes the oil to foam, thereby reducing the lubricating effectiveness of the oil and potentially damaging the engine's moving parts. Very seriously, I appreciate this, because I do not have drain the excess oil from the crankcase. More

I brought my Acura TL in for a check engine light and a no start on Monday, July 25, 2011. Kenny Darmanin went out of his way to be sure I had a loaner so that I was not without a car, called and detailed no start on Monday, July 25, 2011.
